Exploris 480 with EASY-LC is a high-performance, small-footprint benchtop quadrupole Orbitrap hybrid system that combines a high capacity transfer tubecapillary, an electrodynamic ion funnel, the most advanced quadrupole technology, an ion routing multipole, and Orbitrap analyzer. The high-field Orbitrap mass analyzer features high-resolution accurate mass analysis, with and without HCD fragmentation. The instrument includes the Thermo Scientific™ EASYIC™ Ion Source generates internal calibrant ions for real-time mass calibration of any mass spectrum 

EASY nLC 1200 The EASY-nLC 1200 system is fully integrated and designed for users at any level of expertise. A flow range of 20-2000nL/min and a pressure rating of 1200 bar provide reduced cycle times and increased throughput. New maintenance-free valves, full nanoViper flow path and new software features give you intelligent system maintenance, results in less system downtime, lower cost of ownership, reliable and fast connections for a robust, and an easily serviceable system ultimately leading to better MS data.

FAIMS Pro The Thermo Scientific™ FAIMS Pro High Field Asymmetric Waveform Ion Mobility Spectrometry Interface FAIMS Pro provides an additional mode of separation after sample ionization and prior to ion introduction into the MS, and is beneficial for bottom-up, top-down proteomics, and quantitative proteomic workflows. FAIMS Pro is based on novel cylindrical electrodes with a minimized analytical gap utilizing N2 (15 L/min-Standby, 31 L/minMax) as the separation gas while maintaining separation capability. Users can easily maintain FAIMS Pro due to the uniquely designed tool-free one-way assembly. The device is optimized for flow rates from 100 nl/min to 25 uL/min and is only compatible with Thermo Scientific TNG mass spectrometers. The kit contains Main Control Box, Housing adapter with connected RF coil box with bundled cable, and one electrode assembly. The FAIMS Pro ships separately and will be installed in the field.
